Get down into a pushup position but with both knees making contact with the floor. Bend your lower foot and your toes pointed up the ceiling. Place both hands on the floor shoulder level.

Perform the pushups and make sure both legs are bent. Do as many push ups as you can for 30 seconds, rest fir 5 seconds the do 1 more set.

Cat Camel stretch

Get down on all fours then arch your back just like a camels until your head moves closer toward your pelvis, the lower and lift your head as the lower back is arched. Make sure to engage the back muscles, core and glutes at all times. Take 5 seconds rest before proceeding to your next exercise.

Jog

You can put on your running shoes and jog for a mile or two. You may try to do some sprints while you’re at it and make sure to not overdo it. Remember that rest is important to your workouts for the muscle to recover and grow.
