It’s hard to start eating clean when there are so many tempting foods around. There’s the bacon, pizza, bagel, cheeseburger, fries, and other foods that will make you drool in front of the screen as you’re reading this now. Not to mention the fact that clean foods are not as delicious as our favourite cheat meals.
