But remember that there’s a difference between hunger and craving. Hunger is a need, while craving is just a want. Listen to your body. Controlling your cravings is bad if you know you’re already starving yourself to death. Sometimes, it’s not about how much you eat that contributes to fat, but rather on what you eat.

In addition to that, it’s better to consume small meals throughout the day instead of three full and heavy meals. Heavy meals usually result into a food coma, which is the sleepiness, laziness, bloating and gas you feel right after you overindulged.
