Joel Seedman from T-Nation tells us there’s a simple way to form your biceps effectively. This is in the form of incline curls. The mechanism involved in this exercise increases micro-trauma which results to great levels of hypertrophy.
However, it seems that doing this exercise with dumbbells, there’s only little tension. The muscles relax at the top of the curl and this isn’t good at all.
