Are you interested in losing weight? Do you want to figure out how getting lean with no treadmill works? Well, you will be pleased to know that there is an option for you.
Obviously, running is a great way to get rid of excess fat. No matter how you do it, when you run, you have to use your limbs and your core to keep your body in motion. Studies show that people using a treadmill were able to slim down more than people who simply hopped on a stationary cycle.
However, some people just don’t like running. Others can’t run, because they have a condition that limits them. That does not mean that these individuals have to give up hope. There is a way to get your heart rate up and burn fat at the same time. You have likely heard that participating in short spurts of intense movement can help burn fat, bring up your metabolism and keep your muscles healthy. These exercises are simple to participate in and do not require much in the way of “extras.” You can do this type of workout at home, and you don’t need that dreaded treadmill.
In order to see results, you have to go all out on every exercise that you do. However, each lasts no more than 60 seconds. When it comes to resistance-based moves, you begin with the hardest, which is the squat jump. You then go down in intensity. You do one of these exercises and then move to a cardio activity and so on.
The whole “program” is under five minutes long, but you have to do it five times in order to get the full effect. Take a one minute break in between each circuit. However, you do not have to rest that long if you want to keep your heart rate up.
It is clear that getting lean with no treadmill is a possibility. Aim to do this three times per week, and you should be in good shape soon!
