Despite the increasing number of countries banning it, GMOs are still increasing in number.

Australia, Japan, Italy, Austria, and most European countries are among the lead countries against GMO. Why are they against it? Well, it’s not a natural-given gift from the environment. It’s made in laboratories and has been altered artificially.

After two long decades, GMO fish gets approved. It took this long because other scientists believe this could be a threat to other sea animals, especially because it’s larger than the native one.

Other GMO products include corn, soy, canola oil, papaya, some dairy products, and about 80 percent of processed foods. If you don’t want to eat such products, you may purchase organic products. Make sure they have “Non-GMO project” or “100% organic” seal.
