It is so annoying to have unwanted fat around your belly, arms and legs, especially when they start making you unfit in your favourite clothes. But they’re not really just a wardrobe malfunction, they’re also somewhat like a door that keeps your body open to diseases and conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and more.
The problem is that they’re a bit stubborn when you try to burn them, too. You might think diet pills will work, but they actually do more harm than good. So instead of drinking these drugs, why not adjust your lifestyle? Eat your way to a healthier body? Exercise more?
