Stress affects thousands of people worldwide every year. In fact, a few studies have shown that it’s one of the culprits of chronic diseases, which is exactly why it’s also called a silent killer.
According to a recent report, simple things such as looking for a parking lot space, going on social media, using your gadgets, multitasking, doing household chores, drinking caffeine, having expectations, watching your favourite TV show, among other distractions, can trigger stress. Your loved ones (even pets!), especially those who are also under stress, may affect you as well.
