But whatever you’re into, whether it’s a simple walk, run, lift weights, or just climb up and down the stairs for an hour, physical activities will help boost your health, reducing your risk of a long list of diseases and conditions, as well as increasing your body’s feel good chemicals called endorphins, which in turn will ease your stress and anxiety.
