Whether you’re into running, jogging, strength training, weightlifting, martial arts, basketball, and other sports – we’re all aware that exercise will enable us to burn the unwanted fats in our body. It’s not really surprising how exercise may help us fight off colds, because not only is it effective in physical health -it also plays a part in boosting emotional health. It triggers your body’s feel-good hormones called endorphins, which gives you the “rush” after a workout. Therefore, it’s a great way to enhance your overall health.

Another simple logic is that too much stored body fat may cause chronic conditions like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and some cancers. So if working out crushes fats, then it’s also effective in reducing your risk of these conditions.

It’s best to aim at least an hour of workout a day. It does not always mean heavy lifting, running for miles, putting too much effort or so, it can be as simple as walking, or going up and down the stairs, basically anything that will make you sweat enough.
