Type 2 Diabetes Reversed by Reducing Fat in the Pancreas

According to estimates from the World Health Organization, type 2 diabetes caused about 1.5 million deaths in 2012 alone. The organization also predicts that it will be the 7th leading cause of death by the year 2030. What’s worse is that even children can now suffer from it.

People who have it are at a heightened risk of blindness, kidney failure, heart attack, stroke and loss of toes, legs or feet.

So type 2 diabetes reversed by reducing fat in the pancreas.. This is definitely great news since it has been reported that about 90 percent of people with diabetes worldwide is suffering from type 2.

However, this is a lifestyle disease, which means it’s highly preventable. So if you’re lucky enough that you haven’t been diagnosed with it, then it’s up to you to keep it away. It’s often caused by physical inactivity and excess body weight, so you have to eat healthier foods, avoid tobacco use, and be continually active to reduce your risk of it.
