Boxing is another effective way to burn a lot of unwanted fats. It’s not only for men, so listen up ladies, because we have the ultimate guide on how to train like a boxer, with a few good workouts anyone can try.

Being punched over is not in any way fun, but if you’re careful and you’re able to avoid punches, boxing will certainly get you to your desired weight. In fact, it can burn up to 500 calories in just a 40-minute workout. It makes a great cardio workout, so your heart is undoubtedly in good condition as well.
