Let’s stop the long-running debate between free weights and machines. They both have their pros and cons. Let’s just focus on how to get the most out of your machine exercises, shall we?

Machines are not made for nothing. They are there to aid us in our workout routines to maximize the gains and fasten the results we want to achieve. They also spice up our routines. Any machine can pump up your king machine exercises when used correctly. You don’t have to rely on them entirely. You can mix your traditional exercises with machines so your body will be challenged every now and then.

It’s also necessary to do warm ups before you use any machine in the gym. This is to stretch your muscles for better gains, and prevent injuries.
